ORDER CONFIRMATION
I placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation. What can I do?
We confirm a successful order both in our store and via email. If you have not received a confirmation after completing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still do not see an order confirmation email, something may have gone wrong. In this case, please contact us via email at: infomiraroma@gmail.com
Can I modify or cancel my order later?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once placed. This includes changes to items, payment methods, and the shipping address. If you wish to make changes to your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.
ORDERING PROCESS
How do I order items?
When you find an item you like, you can add it to your virtual cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. The availability of the item is checked online and displayed. You then have the option to continue shopping ("Continue Shopping") or proceed with your order ("View Cart").
In the cart, you can review your selection and adjust the quantity of items if needed. Click "Proceed to Checkout" to go to the order summary. In the order overview, you can review your order once more and complete it by clicking the "Place Order" button.
How can I cancel my order?
If your order is still eligible for cancellation, we will cancel it. However, if the processing of your order has already progressed too far, cancellation will no longer be possible.
How do I know my order was successful?
After placing your order, a confirmation message will appear. Additionally, within five minutes, you will receive an order confirmation email with all order details. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please also check your spam or junk folder.

Can I change my payment method later?
Unfortunately, payment methods cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

I received a shipping confirmation, but my item has not arrived yet.
Once your package has been shipped, you can track its progress through the shipping confirmation email. The tracking feature allows you to see where your package is. If you are unable to track your package, please contact us.
Do I have to pay customs duties for delivery?
No, you do not have to pay any customs duties for deliveries.
Who delivers my order?
Depending on the country of delivery and the item, your order may be delivered by different shipping service providers.
How do I know if my delivery is delayed?
If there is a delay in the delivery of your items, we will inform you via email.
How much are the shipping costs?
We offer two shipping options: one free and one paid.
When will my order arrive?
Processing time may vary depending on shipping conditions. We ask for your patience. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Additionally, the estimated delivery time is provided in the order confirmation. However, in most cases, delivery takes 4-8 business days after shipping confirmation.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
When will I receive my refund for a return?
Once your return has been processed, we will issue a refund. Refunds are always made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase and credited to the specified account.
How can I get my money back?
Refunds are always processed to the original payment method and account. The process may take 3 to 5 business days.
How long does a return take?
Return processing times depend on the returned items and the volume of returns. In some cases, returns may take longer than usual.
What should I do if an item is missing from my package?
Items in an order may be shipped in multiple packages. If you believe an item is missing, please contact us.
